Heh. There was a SFW prequel image based on a more flowing Chinese dress and after the decision to also have a second, NSFW image I asked for a stereotypical "Chinese dress" with the two heart and inverted heart cutouts. Jill has done such a great job of making that look natural and fun. It's such a lovely picture :D
