WE'RE SELLING LA VAGABONDE!!!
Added 2017-05-02 01:56:08 +0000 UTCAfter various rumours and lots of questions on what is happening with old La Vagabonde, we can finally let you know. This is a private patreon only post but will be making this public next week along with all the auction information.
We would have loved to raffle off the boat (how cool would it be to see someone win it for $30!!) but it appears far too difficult with so many laws and regulations stopping it. Trust us, we looked into this heavily. Just to give you a few examples;
- one YouTuber we know tried to raffle his bus and received a court order.
- a company offered to facilitate a legal raffle if we paid them $350,000 (that's a lot of tickets) as well as a non disclosure that would keep this amount they were receiving a secret from the public.
- a charity was interested in using their resources to arrange it but after many consultations realised it was too far out of their scope.
So......Instead, we're going to auction it online.
