Welcome Nat and Musings About New Content
Added 2022-03-26 01:36:35 +0000 UTCFirst, I of course want to welcome Nat, our 8th Patron. I like to celebrate everyone that joins this community, because your support allows me to continue providing content for YOU. In time I hope to upgrade my computer to produce better renders and who knows where this will take us.
Speaking of new content, I was laying in bed and a new idea came to me. My first writing project, actually my second (my first was actually a sci-fi horror that I wrote in a month and it was horrible), was fantasy; a genre and project I whole-heartedly loved, yet it didn't work. I've learned that often it takes time away from an endeavor, to really mull it over, until the idea becomes an epiphany of creativity.
Taking that project and developing a full comic book series. Where it failed as a novel, it might be better viewed in a visual context. Earlier this year I toyed with the idea of a comic book, but I didn't think I had the skills to really pull it off, yet. I think I have the skill, now, and greater skills over time, to make it work. Of course, this means I'll be sinking a lot more money into buying all of the assets I need (If you only knew how much I've spent for everything you see...I've never added it up, but it would be shocking). But hey, it's a labor of love and if I need to buy the assets to put together a story I want to tell, I have no problem with that.
Obviously my main priority is LXW, but if I can do a little something else on the side, as well, I think it would be worth it.
