But, I'm going to say it again...your audio quality is trash because of the noise gate you're using with these shotgun mics! You have some very nice Rode NTG series mics, but I can see that you have the HF boost turned on. Why? That feature is designed to capture voice audio more clearly in high noise environments - but this is most certainly not a high noise environment. Plus, the mics are WAY too close, especially if you have the HF boost turned on. These two factors combined are causing the mics to clip the audio in and out really badly, making them react poorly to even the slightest change in volume. Even the speed of Lina's hand movements causes them to boost the volume and then immediately cut it back again once she slows down. It's very distracting and takes away from the overall enjoyment of the video. I'm not a sound engineer by any means, but surely you guys can do better with the equipment that you have. Whoever is setting up your mics needs to listen to the post production audio and make some adjustments.
