Three years Later still nothing....

Fair. Though honestly that's part and parcel to the whole trilogy. The entire thing was actually in the form of a tragedy. :) As to Runner... that's some big spoilers for me to say anything, but Runner is doing what he has to.

I liked it, but I was disappointed about some parts. The plot is a lot like SSoSH2. Felix builds up, gets involved in politics, city destroyed by gods, and Felix runs away. I also didn't get why Runner would fuck with the pantheon by taking Felix's only divine allies away and not fill in any replacements. It seems unbalanced for an Overgod to do that.

So... will Randi Darren be writing the next SSoSH? :D

Question, what happened to all of the other characters? We ignored 90% of the normal characters from the previous two books, and all of them seemed to randomly change for the worse, all to justify Felix getting his game on with more women? Frankly I feel that SSoSH3 is an insult to both the SSoSH series and the Wild Wastes Series. It feels like it took the mediocre content from the two series and mashed them together. The only redeeming factor is that the ending somehow stumbled into the correct status quo for SSoSH4, Felix and Vince are working together as one, helping Runner to go save Lilly and Kit. Mui was the only returning Character that didn't change, was given significant lime light and was enjoyable part of the book. The Reasons I keep rereading books 1 and 2 in the series aren't here, it even bitters my enjoyment of the whole WW series as well because it paints Vance in an overly incompetent light that demeans everything he's done.

This has been a long, crazy trip. My first book I read from you, and I have no idea how it even popped in my radar, was the first Super Sales book(on Audible). I then went to the second one, before searching for other series. Then I did Wild Wastes, again on Audible. The first time I heard Felix's voice in the second story of it had my jaw on the floor, and have been hooked on the shared universe ever since. Love seeing how much it's built up, and this book was a good culmination of everything, a good place to put a barrier down and go "Ok, we're all here now as a baseline."

True... I recognized Vince after a couple pages, ironically his power didn't clue me in at all. Didn't even know Runner had his own series, never looked at it.

Yeah, got the impression he was talking about the models of the people on Yosemite, considering the other Randi series is FF it creates in interesting corilation that when Randi comes out to play its a world Amelia got bored on.

The scene in the slave auction, was Runner implying that all of Randi's worlds are somehow Amelia's fault, or just talking about Alex in front of Felix? I find myself liking the first idea more but you never know.

So about half way through and for whatever reason on kindle chapter 17 is literally in the book twice. I finish chapter 17, turn the page and right back away the start of chapter 17, which skimming through seems to be the exact same chapter. Did anyone else notice this?
