Tried it today and I have to say it was ok, solid c range. but I didn't get any spice from it. I would get it again though as my secondary entree.

2024-09-21 13:47:29 +0000 UTCAbout the Japanese 7/11s: they're different from America ones mostly because a lot of them are standalone stores (instead of gas stations). They only sell pre-packaged food and basic necessities (like tooth brushes, cleaning supplies, bandages, etc.). Their clientelle are people that are on the go, like people stopping in on their way to and from work and school. There's also a higher standard for fresh foods. Food gets heavily discounted after like 7pm and anything they don't sell gets thrown out. There's also more competition from other convienience stores (Family Mart, Lawson, and some regional stores) so there's more pressure to keep food fresh and the store clean because there are a lot of other options literally on the same street. I lived in Japan for 10 months and I had to visit my local 7/11 a lot because it's where I paid my electric and gas bills (WHICH IS A WHOLE OTHER TOPIC NO ONE TALKS ABOUT)
