TLB 0.8.9.1 fix update release

Hello Everyone!

Thanks for your reports in the #discord channel.

I paid attention to most critical and annoying bugs and made the new update with fixes.

I didn't fix all bugs, cause I have to follow my April sprint plan for the 0.9 update. Don't worry, if you sent me something via Discord it will not disappear and will be fixed in the next updates. Anyway, I'm always welcome to any questions and propositions.

Here is the change-log:

Report: Old werewolf model appears on the human “fluid collect scene” .

Report: "Lupus coles" spell - volunteer disappears. Werewolf doesn’t appear.

Report: Teleport to Dungeon with Fast travel shows Barbarian near GOF. For now, using Fast Travel will teleport you to the default position in the location.

Report: Every time you start in the Nightmare world you will reset any MC variable (both the sex counts and the physical attribute). I guess it's kinda the point as for the narrative, but at least the physical traits you could let them stay as they were chosen from the player.

Report: In prison, if you frame sienna and then you talk to her after the sex scene you will get the same sex scene again, but without the guard model (eather if you go with sienna or the MC).

Piercing option has been edited and fixed. Note: the piercing option isn’t available in the Dimensions, due narration reasons.

Additional sex scene added - when you lose the sex table trial in Nightmare location.
