Added 2023-11-07 19:01:18 +0000 UTCThe easiest way of installing the latest demo-version as of now is to use the universal-updater app which is bundled with the custom firmware on your 3DS or 2DS and should be already present.
Simply open it and search for "Noise Commander".

TLDR:
1) Scan this QR-code in the FBI app to obtain the Noise Commander Installer app
2) Launch it and enter your email address.
3) Choose the version to install.
Important: Ensure that the current time/date on your console is set correctly, otherwise the download may fail.
Press L + R in the app to read the inline help documentation .
New: You can now see all commits since the previous release to track the progress and latest additions.
There is also an old HTML documentation which gives and overview of what the app is about.
