The thing that Felix is eating that you asked what is that is called "Pastel", it's very popular street dish. It's like a fried pie crust with any fillings you can imagine, the most popular being ground meat. Before that, he eats a "Pão de Queijo", other very popular dish we normally eat at breakfast or for a snack during the day. The meat part is also very popular here and with foreigners, it's called "Churrasco" and all kinds of meat keeps coming non stop until you say you don't want anymore hahah
