2024-06-17 13:01:07 +0000 UTCYeosang voice is amazing and so unique also his vocal range is extraordinary. I wish we do get more lines for him in songs. I completely agree Mel on not understanding why he doesn’t get many lines when his voice fits a lot of their ballads. This song is so personal for him and the MV is his life story trying to become an idol from him falling asleep in class because he was tired from training, to his classmate leaving milk on his desk because he was asleep, to highlighting a textbook because his partner in class would share his textbook because Yeo would forget it at home so Yeo would highlight as a thank you and his partner made a comment that he should just highlight the whole textbook when he highlights, to Yeosang being embarrassed to put artist as his dream job because his classmates would put doctors and lawyers, and of course his parents not agreeing with Yeosang becoming an idol. I do want to correct a narrative that has unfortunately taken over and for some reason deemed true when it’s false. Yeosang has never said he is or was not confident in voice/ stability it’s actually been the opposite starting in 2019 where there is actual proof of him talking about how he wants more line.

2024-06-15 14:53:07 +0000 UTCI just have to say that as an atiny for a very long time, there has been a terrible rumor going on (for many years) abt Yeosang not wanting many lines (when in fact he has openly said that he wished he could get more important parts in ateez's music). This is particularly sad when you know the background story of this specific cover (as It's all abt Yeo wanting to sing/wanting to become a singer). I do think it's interesting that we get to hear so much more of his voice when he works with LAKOV (just a personal observation).
