Love that everyone in the group has a deep understanding of the meaning behind all of the choreography and exactly what they are trying to express - I feel like this is pretty rare to hear about the breakdown. Love that they did that! Gives so much more meaning to their choreography and performance.
The last compilation was super endearing!

mel, thank you so much for the reaction! i was so excited for this. (long comment incoming haha oops) i think that even just the three unit tracks (or the unit songs + parallel universe) show enough of the range that vahn and joohyoung are capable of when it comes to producing and writing music and i absolutely love it! they're very talented. loner is probably my favorite out of the small discography they currently have. the guitar really gets me in that song i am unsure if they've spoken deeply about the meaning of the song love. i feel like i've seen it somewhere but i cannot recall off the top of my head unfortunately. i do believe it is more metaphorical though as for the performance commentary, when eden is talking about taehun and joohyoung having high tension, he does mean high energy! those two are both part of the maknae line (02 and 03 respectively) and eden is the eldest of the group (98 line) so i think that kinda speaks for itself haha. i absolutely agree that more groups need to do this kind of dance breakdown because it's sooo interesting and really brings out a different kind of love and affection towards both the song + dance besides the two intro tracks for both their albums and one last b-side from their debut, you've now actually listened to all of the songs they have out as a group! their comeback is scheduled for august however and i will definitely be requesting that in the livestreams whenever it comes since they're still a fairly new group they don't have all that much content out in general (plus they had 3 members participate in boys planet which slowed down activities as a group for earlier this year), but this is a very fun and entertaining interview and is one of my favorite pieces of nine.i content out there (https://youtu.be/ZhS64EDTgZA). not sure if you'll ever get to it, and it's absolutely fine if you don't have the time, but i thought i'd put it out there just in case! i would've requested it for this reaction but it's ten minutes too long 😭 anyways, thanks again!
