STRAY KIDS: Idol Room [Ep 43] | 2Min Compilation!

Firstly..... I really hope Changbin has taught Hyunjin how to do push ups since this show hahahahahahaha

I'm not sure if there was like one full episode for idol room ep 43 but I couldn't find it. But the clips I did watch were HILARIOUS!!! If there are other shows like this that I haven't reacted to, please be sure to tag me in them!

2min's dynamic is so fascinating. I know Lee Know's personality, and how he teases to feel close to someone, but it's interesting looking at their older clips. During debut years he had a sweet side to him that he showed to others and to the camera quite "easily?". But there seemed to be a shift, maybe when Woojin left? And in this shift is when the divorce couple concept was played into a lot. Maybe the impact of Woojin leaving made him guard his emotions even more.

If I didn't know Lee Know and just watched those clips, I would have thought 100% he didn't like Seungmin. But the main way I know that was never the case is because 1. we know Lee Know's personality, and 2. I think if he really didn't like Seungmin, the other members wouldn't crack up laughing when he says a "mean" joke to him. I think they would probably pull him up and tell him not to act like that, especially not on camera.

I really think he guards his heart quite a lot and doesn't like to let people see him express too much emotion (on camera), maybe he doesn't like to feel vulnerable. But I also just think he really enjoys playing up to concepts that Stay find funny and entertaining.

Love our lil 2min duo <3

If there are any recent compilations of them I would love to watch xx

I became a Stay right before In Life era and I think the dynamic between 2min was at its peak. As a new fan, I never once thought their teasing and dynamic were a cover for them actually not liking each other. Especially when you watch earlier content, you can see how deeply they cared for one another. Seungmin was Minho's first friend at JYPE!! Seungmin was GUTTED when Minho was eliminated in the survival show!! I think this type of relationship is very easy for them because of how similar they are. However, my favorite thing in the world is when they forget their cover and you see them being their normal selves around each other. Plus, you can see just how much Minho admires and respects Seungmin and his work ethic (he even said it in the NOEASY Intro video), and you can see how much Seungmin is appreciative and supportive of Minho. I said this to someone on Twitter in fall 2020 but it still holds true today: Minho is the first to tease Seungmin but if someone was to hurt Seungmin, Minho would be the first to protect and defend him. You can tell he's a very loyal friend. I just love how Minho's relationship is different amongst all four of the 00 line. Han is his best friend, Hyunjin he acts all fed up with, Felix can do no wrong, and Seungmin is the one he's most annoyed with. It's so fun!

Melanie Lillis

Melanie Lillis

Im glad 🤣🤣

Melanie Lillis

HAHA TRUE!!!! I totally forgot about that 🤣

Melanie Lillis

Omg the way I laughed! I’m going to need a compilation of Han jumping rope and Hyunjin doing push ups 🤣🤣🤣🤣 so funny! And yes you’re so right, I have noticed them close to each other behind the scenes. It makes me happy though that they have become more open to showing their softer side in front of the camera. It warms my heart!

Melanie Lillis

I should have looked at stray kids subs 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just went to SKZ flix. I’m silly! But thanks for the link 😍 And yeah I’m pretty sure I have seen some other things of them being rude with other idols!

Melanie Lillis

So interesting! I hate being so curious about it all because it’s none of my business (in regards to if something happened in his personal life). But I am so relieved to see how happy and content he seems nowadays that’s tor sure ❤️

Melanie Lillis

It would definitely never bore me hahaha but yeah you’re definitely right for sure ❤️

Melanie Lillis

Thank you for a great video as always. I recently came across this 2min compilation, it's only a month old and has a lot of newer content: スンミンがリノに忠実な時 [ENG] When Seungmin is loyal to Lee Know https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=467SrdT-79E&list=PLxsA6MSq9zZqgtIJ3mfYqOf-EPR5bNYub&index=186

lmao hyune’s push ups are much better now than they were before.

Mostlydee_

I am pretty sure soneone taught him… Like look at the one armed ones at KKon last year! 😉

watching hyunjin try to do pushups was like watching han try to jump rope 🤣🤣🤣 when it comes to 2min, i've watched a lot just because i think their relationship is really interesting, but i see that they're actually around each other often in like behind content. they're pretty similar in personality. lee know really does enjoy to tease and seungmin is one of the only members who will actually take and return it, so i feel like it's more fun for lee know. seungmin is also a very teasing person (the maniac tour ments speak for themselves lol). i definitely think the softer side of them together is more of an off camera thing, but they've started to show it more since like beginning of 2022 i'd say. like you said though, they've been doing the concept for some time so it's just natural for them to continue to tease each other. even in a live lee know did last month, someone asked him why he didn't mention that seungmin also went to the museum in america he said "it's a concept" so i think they fun with it.

Madiya

the part of the rap they did is not a song, they just prepared a rap intro for that episode, the full episodes are on skzsub https://strayksubs.com/?s=idol+room&id=2357&post_type=post And yes, the MCs have a reputation for being a bit rude at times, with several idols so you might not like them because of some comments or attitudes

I didn't feel him change much directly after woojin left but there was def a shift around back door era (september 2020). He became super quiet and stopped showing much interest in anyone or anything on cam. And if he did interact with them it'd be ''mean'' jokes 90% of the time or he'd just look annoyed. I'm pretty sure that was also when the whole gagwanz thing was at it's peak. He seemed a bit out of place and like he doesn't wanna be there, especially when they were doing vlives and stuff. I remember being quite worried back then. And although i'm not worried about him anymore cause he seems pretty happy again, he never fully went back to how he was before. Looking back at it now, it feels like he rapidly lost a lot of that childish innocence and bright energy he used to have. Idk whether that was him becoming comfortable on camera and no longer feeling like he has to be a certain way to be liked, or if that was just him maturing. Maybe there was an incident in his private life that permanently changed him? Not sure. There was another shift more recently, maybe in the past 1 - 1 1/2 years where i felt like he started taking on more of the caring big brother role for the whole team, probably to take some weight off of chan's shoulders and because he might have started feeling more responsible himself too. Chan and changbin talked abt it briefly a few times. That might be when his relationship with seungmin also started becoming softer again.

strange& sleepless

haha you def need eng sub for idol room. Especially with that Lee know segment

AlliePandaa

YES YES YES TO EPISODE 16!!

AlliePandaa

i was just thinking about this while watching but i feel like 2mins dynamic changed and evolved as seungmin came more out of his shell through the eras? i think you can see changes from debut-levanter then gods menu era they were having more fun with each other, then from around thunderous to now they’re super comfortable and they enjoy the dynamic they’ve already created but can also be sincere with each other!😊 i honestly could go deeper but i wouldnt want to bore you haha

Emilia

I don’t know if you ever reacted to the first episode that they were on this show, it was one of the first variety shows they were on after debuting. This is the link to that one as well https://strayksubs.com/180821-idol-room-아이돌룸-episode-16-full-stray-kids/

Lakada Bryant

Idk if you ever want to go back and watch the whole idol room episode, but this is a link to a full version with subs from strayksubs website https://strayksubs.com/190326-idol-room-episode-43-stray-kids/

lee know and seungmin to me have really similar personalities so i think that's why their relationship works so well they joke around so much but they're serious when it matters, i think there are a lot of members who have pretty similar personalities like han and felix are similar as well as lee know jeongin!
