theres an amazing tweet i saw that was like you can tell minho helps jeongin with choreo because he dances like he's 4-5cm shorter than he is hahaha but i seriously love his performance for that circus/case143 stage he's really becoming an standout performer recently

2023-01-09 00:35:38 +0000 UTCWow, this was a lot. And so much fun. I might have replayed certain moments, again and again… While I love fancams, I have not seen that many. I’ve seen a few of Changbin’s because he’s my ult bias but there are 8 members and soooo many performances. Impossible to keep up. I’ve seen Changbin’s fancam from Kingdom’s I’ll be your man and it’s insane that they did these in one take. A lot of timing, running around and remembering where you’re supposed to run to in the first place.

2023-01-05 14:31:33 +0000 UTCAh, I love that ‘Thunderous’ stage, it is so epic and so fun. All of the fan cams from that stage are iconic because you can tell the boys are loving it. It’s annoying when the fan cam is in a spot where other members come in front of that members fan cam but at the same time it really shows how in synch they are with their dances and that’s just so satisfying. I don’t know if you’ve seen it yet but Channie’s kingdom fan cam from the side effects stage is so good. I also really like his fan cam from God’s du du du du du, the behind with that ad lib when Han is rapping in the subway is just ahggg so good!

Channie really knew what he was doing when he was picking iennie for the team, he’s got a great eye for talent, I mean JYP was questioning if I.N, Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix should be in the group, yet Channie could see their future growth from way back.

Thanks for letting me know about the 2020 statement, didnt know they did that. I personally am not one of the stays that the video really affected but I know a few that are still sensitive to it. Definetly will be sharing what you just told me. Thanks so much.

2023-01-05 06:52:06 +0000 UTCOkay so 2 things, The SKZ Player came out first, and then 7 whole months later they did the special stage for it which got backlash. So i'm unsure where you got that information from, unless i'm misunderstanding something? Secondly, I was a stay at the time and honestly there is so much nuance to this whole situation that you can barely explain it to people that weren't there or weren't part of the fandom. One thing I can say is that I find it upsetting that people put all of the blame on chan for not apologising at the time when this was very clearly a company decision. Was it a good decision? no, chan really ended up suffering the consequences. But it was one nonetheless. Lastly, In 2020 after a entirely different issue, they did post a statement in which they apologised for anything and everything they had ever done due to lack of knowledge and cultural differences that could have possibly upset people. So while they might not have named the issue individually, they are certainly aware, and it was a general apology. Not saying that means you have to forgive them or whatever, but just know it does exist.

2023-01-05 05:41:27 +0000 UTCWhile the song and performance for Zone is amazing, the Mnet performance one got a lot of backlash and is one of the only controversial things that I know that SKZ was ever really in. They got a lot of hate and backlash because of the fact Chan had the cornrows, especially since it was a rap performance, because for a lot of Black STAYs this was a form of cultural appropriation and the whole thing was never discussed or brought up and just swept under the rug. It still is to this day a sensitive topic among Black STAYs, since some are still hurt for never receiving an apology even though another incident like this has never happened again.

2023-01-05 04:33:29 +0000 UTCthe jaist was jaisting so hard in these fan cams lol i love han when they do more fun and playful stages he looks like he’s having so much fun (he’s also so tiny where did all the muscles go!) i.n stage presence is truly so great and i never realized how great of a dancer he is until recently, he has a very similar style to lee know i’ve noticed hyunjins fancam made me realize how much i miss the long blonde hair truly an iconic era 💔
