omg for real ive been a kpop stan since 2009 and when i first found out how crazy their schedules were i did a double take like especially during comeback promotions (it's not just MAMA actually) and they have weekly music shows right and for different broadcast stations they happen around 4-5 times a week and for each show they have rehearsals dry rehearsals and pre-recordings and they have to get up early for those and to get their hair and makeup done and pre-covid they would meet their fans who came for the live broadcast too it's wild they barely get any sleep. and especially during the first round for kingdom when ateez juggled all of that while practising for their wonderland performance and also half of the group were filming Imitation??? they didnt get any sleep for real they were just ferried to and fro from dance practices to music shows to variety show filmings :( deserved that first win honestly i cried when they jumped from 5th to 1st place
