They were called the ‘King of Hallyu Wave‘ (korean wave : global craze for Korean culture). Shinee and them are OG in Kpop and both are from SM. And yeah in Europe those two groups were definitely how most of the oldest fans got into Kpop. While SJ still do music, some of them also do variety shows and host idol shows (Like Heechul being part of the cast of the Knowing Bros). BUT BACK TO ATEEEEEZ ! Now that you kinda know of Heechul, well I guess it's time for you to watch this collab (don't think you reacted to this yet): https://youtu.be/FngYpWfdE_w For some context: It was a fun project for the Knowing bros by Heechul and Min Kyung Hoon (another cast member of knowing bros, who's actually the main singer of the rock band Buzz). The MV director of that project (who also happened to be another Super Junior: Shindong) decided to invite Atz as their backup dancers cause youkno, Ateez are top tier performers. And Heechul, and the rest of SJ, pretty much invented the trend of idols becoming variety stars

I fell for this group after I watched Their debut mv “Excalibur” Kingdom: The group consists of Dann, Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, Jahan and Chiwoo. Each member represents a different king in history. They debuted on February 18, 2021. I kinda laughed when you said that they were super impressed with Jongho's vocals, he probably is, but probably more in a proud papa way. SJ is from SM Entertainment, a company that is literally known for their vocal powerhouses. SJ itself has KRY - Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung, plus in the same company there is Exo's trio of main vocals, Chen, Baekhyun, and D.O.. All of which are honestly still better then Jongho vocally... Give a couple more years of experience and he might start challenging them though. 😁 Oh BTW, Ateez were not on an official episode of Knowing Brothers, this was from a special live show but it was a short segment, they also participated in an mv called Hanryang with them.

Junseo is my fave. i looooove watching himn dance and before i knew anything about them, his voice kept pulling me in -never even heard of Kingdom and i can feel the obsession brewing inside of me as well. need to know who that hot one at the very beginning is -laughing at you experiencing SHINee because they had a chokehold on me in highschool -B.I. was in iKon and he was my fave :( isn't he sooooo good? -i'm sorry but i still hate Sticker. watching with you was the first time i was able to force myself to finish the song because i wanted to know what you would say. never again -not you having a hard time breathing at Bae Jinyoung from CIX hahahaha -you calling Heechul 'that guy' hurted me hahah also i knew before you even clicked play, that you would rewatch the HALA HALA dance break. it's a given at this point and rightfully so -fate that you would randomly choose a skz performance with a Lee Know dance interlude -loved the Dimash vid. i saw one of my fave chinese singers in the background and that made me even more giddy Still so fun watching you regardless but I surely missed everyone so I can't wait for next week!!!!

Like I don't even know their names and couldn't point them out in a crowd, but their albums are SO GOOD, some bsides my favourite kpop songs of all time!

On B.I, he used to be the leader of iKON (wrote and produced a lot of their music) before he had to leave because of a scandal and this was his return track as a soloist after 2 years. Lyrics are sad because it's what he went through his hiatus but the lyrics turn hopeful at the end and you see him smiling in the MV too. Ohhhhh sticker hahahahaha. I remember thinking wth is going on during mt first listen but it grew on me a bit after a few listens lol. CIX - Movie is a gem!! They have this outdoor performance and it rained. The sexiness factor was amplified by 100% hahaha.
