Added 2024-10-30 12:05:01 +0000 UTCWith a firm nod, the woman continued to walk through the room, allowing her gaze to delve into every hopeful face around her. In her heart, she was determined not only to lead but also to protect everyone who was part of the rebel forces.
"Give me a report detailing all the information and activities that have been carried out by this Branch Headquarters." The woman spoke her sentence with a firm voice, indicating that she expected absolute compliance.
"We understand, Chair! Please follow us to the meeting room," replied one of the women, who had a sturdy build, her voice full of enthusiasm despite a hint of nervousness.
"Alright, lead the way," the woman responded, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.
They walked toward a room located deeper within the headquarters. The room was adorned with thick stone walls and soft lighting that added a serious yet warm atmosphere. In the center of the room stood a long table made of dark wood, surrounded by neatly arranged chairs, creating a formal yet intimate ambiance.
"Chair, here are all the data and activities we have conducted so far," said a bespectacled man, handing over a stack of papers with slightly trembling hands. The man's face showed a mix of fear and hope, considering the position of the woman before them.
"Um..." The woman began to read the documents carefully. Each sheet of paper she read seemed to carry very important information. Around her, everyone sat quietly and calmly, not daring to make a sound, as if every heartbeat could be heard.
The silence in the room added to the tension. All eyes were on the woman who was reading, waiting for a reaction from their leader. They knew that what she thought and decided at this moment would determine the direction and future of this Branch Headquarters.
Every time the woman nodded or furrowed her brow, the atmosphere grew tenser. They waited, hoping that their hard work would receive recognition and praise, not criticism.
"I have read all the documents. Um..." The woman sighed, as if contemplating the contents of the report. "You have all done well. You have managed to create some simple terror tactics, yet enough to trouble the government. In fact, you have developed some amazing items."
The woman's gaze then shifted to a glass tube on the table. Inside the tube, a strange blue liquid gently vibrated, while in the center, a small dark red object glowed, like a magical bean trapped in an unusual world.
"The Hot Skin Potion you developed is remarkable," the woman said with a tone full of admiration. "This item can be used as resistance against the Royal Forces." The woman's smile was thin, but her flat expression concealed a clear sense of horror on her face. This was not just a potion; it was a weapon, and the woman knew well its impact.
"Thank you, Chair. We will help further to overthrow the Kingdom. After all, this will not be enough to topple the Polons government," replied a man with a burning determination in his voice.
"That's alright, you have all worked hard for this," the woman replied, shaking her head, indicating that they still had much work to do.
"But Chair... Is... Is it still going to take a long time for us to truly overthrow the current Polons government?" asked one woman in a soft voice, doubt enveloping her question.
"...I have tried to contact someone," the woman answered, her voice deeper, adding to the tension in the room.
