Discord and v0.3.0 Announcement

Discord:
I just set up the Discord server. Right now, there are only channels for bug reports, questions, and general discussion about the game. I'll be adding Patreon integration and roles for supporters soon. INVITE
Update:
As far as the v0.3.0 goes, I plan to release it on the 1st of February. A big part of the development is already complete, just finalizing the last few events and doing some testing.
