Hometime - Chapter 12 - Understanding the Rules

I've managed to schedule posts again! This has been a timeconsuming win for me, I tend to schedule a bit and generally you see things land at 1900 GMT everytime but these past few weeks I have been unable to get ahead of myself but right now I am rolling so we're doing good!
As a result of scheduling, I don't have the winner for the poll with regards to the halloween story but it seems that BE is going to be the winner here (I will check and mention it somewhere before I start it)
I've had a very productive weekend in terms of Hometime and I have got a few chapters ready to go almost so things are back in a good spot.
