There are some great videos out there on YouTube that break down a few things that you may not catch normally - Like the fact that John very rarely gves an answer to any questions thrown his way. Without Keanu in the lead role, I think he could have been an extremely unlikeable character 😅

I had no prior knowledge of the source material until I began to look it up after viewing the movie. The graphic novels by DC Vertigo are worth checking out if y'all get the chance. His struggle with cancer is also a subplot of one of the comic series.
