Oh I did want to say I probably wouldn't have even watched season 2 if you guys didn't react to it.. I am very glad you did coz I know the show's probably gonna be good, but watching with you guys.. You guys have always made me enjoy things I would have not otherwise enjoyed.. So I knew it would be really good and I'd enjoy it watching it with you guys. Still never gonna play the game. LOL I was actually planning to but I didn't know that you play as Abby and you kill Joel in the game.. F that....

2025-07-26 02:41:15 +0000 UTCI refused to even acknowledge the existence of a second game because of this and some other reasons, but this was the main one. It just doesn't make any sense at all. I'm just gonna leave it at their intention wasn't on making a great story but on something else.. But yeah I don't agree that killing off main characters works in TV shows either, coz I can tell you exactly when many MANY a show got cancelled because of when they decided to kill off a main character from the show. Especially when it's someone you love. But yeah this makes me think of Dexter because Dexter was one of those shows where I know exactly why it was cancelled.. The only reason I mention this is because Dexter: Resurrection is absolutely amazing and has completely redeemed the franchise in my eyes. I can't remember if this was before I knew about your Patreon or not. I think I may have watched Dexter New Blood with you guy or I watched a couple of your YouTube videos and then I watched the whole thing myself.. I remember I wrote a long comment on how much I hated the ending soo much, and how they totally ruined the franchise and how coz I hated how the original show ended too.. Of course, I have no idea how Resurrection will end because I'm only up to episode 4, they're dripping one per week.. But it gives me Resident Evil 4 vibes, because it's like.. Coz in RE4 you have them in the village and then out of no where this thing comes in out of left field it's like wtf? Dexter Resurrection is like that in a very good way and I love it for the same reason I loved RE4. Obviously I'm not gonna spoil it but it's like it adds a great depth to the show, and it just takes it deeper, and I love the new characters. It feels very Resident Evil Village too.

And the proof would be that the Original Last of Us sold 30 million units whereas the Sequel only sold 10 million.

I havnt played the games but I've been spoiled on a lot of things so I knew about Joel but episode 2 what the frig 🤷 anyways a great episode none the less . Hope you don't get spoiled guys it's hard to avoid them tbh I don't know if you have mods that check the comments for spoilers for you or not even though deleting spoiler comments just holds them for review so you would still see them , I'm talking YouTube comments here , patreon comments are different. it does help with a heads up though 👍 anyway cheers guys for the awesome reaction

2025-04-27 06:43:42 +0000 UTCThe second game is brilliant. You play as Ellie for most of the first half of the game and then switch to Abby. I hated Abby up to and through a lot of her part of the game. By the end of the game I had a lot more sympathy for Abby than Ellie.
