It's also subconsciously inspired by Maethoriann's Eddsworld Fan Animation that played to this song frfr. It's a really good video, I highly recommend watching it fr.
Anyway, I lowkey kinda picture them all being hispanic decedents, but it's not mexico or anything?? LIKE IDK, it's a whacky world build, but they're like "american" and have "american accents" and shit,, but like their world is NOT the same as ours, and their races are completely different??? It's REALLY hard to explain rn cuz it's not the main focus I wanted to talk about and figure out rn. But Anyway ANYWAY--
The reason Bide's hair and eye's are a different color is because one of the experiments nearly killed him and drained the color from his being and for a time his skin was even more pale. But as the labs nursed him back to life, his skin became normal again, only his eyes and hair never changed back.
But the experiment they did here, is kinda like in Stranger Things where they make Eleven go into the water compression chamber thing and she just sits there and enhances her powers frfr, except in here it was one of those sound proof rooms you can go insane in, and they often left their experiments in there for long periods of time without food, water, or any communication because their scientist thought it would ALSO enhance their powers. But it actually did nothing but just make their "patients" more worse.
