In the paranormal AU, Eliana moves to Oaksdale because after the tragic accident that happened to her family, she was given a small remembrance that was a small orb. In this AU, they are all college and up students. And Eliana was drawn to Oaksdale because something told her that was where she needed to be. She leaves her best friend Marco in the city who, months later, finds that she is indeed missing and goes to find her in Oaksdale due to some clues she possibly subconsciously left behind. Marco runs into Levi who has interacted with Eliana on occasion, and they even spent a night together when she was very new to town. But after a while, Eliana cut communications with Levi as well. And now the both of them are on the hunt to find their friend.
Eliana, like a puppet, is pulled to do things for this possessed orb. It's telling her to resurrect her dead family at the cost of the entire world. Doomsday will happen if those friends of hers don't stop her right away.
