The fight is amazingly choreographed ,but it’s also a bit distracting when you notice scenes with Daniel and how slow the actor is moving (Ralph Macchio)..same thing with a glaring difference between Zara who’s is played by a 13X karate champion and Sam’s character using multiple stunt doubles.

The series as a whole took a turn when Robbie knocked Miguel off the balcony at the end of season 2. That's when it first turned dark and each season since has had a moment where a fight has been on the edge of death. In season 3, Johnny and Kreese hold a sai off the wall in the Cobra Kai dojo and appear on the verge of using it on each other and then when Daniel comes in, he's about to finish off Kreese with his hands before Sam and Miguel come in and he thinks better of it. Plus in the flashback, Kreese does kill the Captain. In season 4, Silver almost kills Stingray with his bare hands and season 5 it isn't immediately clear if Chozen is alive after fighting with Silver. They have teased death several times and it makes sense that in the final season they would finally off someone. I would say there is a decent chance that someone else is killed before part 3 is over.

Has everyone else noticed Gunther is played by the same guy who was Wolf Stansson, the Iceland hockey coach in Mighty Ducks 2? I've kinda wondered if they named Sensei Wolf after him, as his character was a real a-hole to the players on his team.

My prediction for Part 3:
The SeKai TaiKai gets cancelled/banned in Barcelona for obvious reasons. Gunthar struggles with continuing the tournament and/or finding a new venue to finish it at the last minute. After everyone decides they want to finish the tournament Gunthar with the help of Daniel make it possible for it to happen in the states where the All Valley took place. Robbie will beat Axel and Tory will win in some way validating her self worth w/o a tainted victory like last time. Lastly, I believe HilarySwank/JuliePierce will make a one time appearance to shed some light to Miyagi’s past.

Kwon's death scream has got to be one of the most haunting screams I've heard in a while on television. You can really tell Silver and Kreese were startled by it, and probably hearing it took them back to Vietnam momentarily. Kwon was definitely a memorable, albeit short-lived character. Kudos to the actor portraying him (Brandon H. Lee) because he did a PHENOMENAL job.
I haven't been this shocked since that school brawl in season 2.

Was I the only one waiting for Gunthar to slug someone ever since they first introduced him in season 5? As soon as I saw the size of the guy I was hoping to see him get into a brawl. I'm still waiting though, since so far all he's done is slug that Russian coach. Anyone who's seen the documentary 'Icarus' knows that it's sadly not a stretch for Russian athletes and their coaches to resort to doping in order to win.
Sadly something like this was bound to happen when you think about it. There hasn't been a serious moment like that since Miguel's fall at the end of season 2. After that I have no idea where the series goes for the last five episodes. The tournament is probably done, but there's still a lot of things to resolve before then. Axel being abused by sensei Wolf, for one. Either way, I'm really looking forward to it.

Regarding Kwon he was completely humiliated, first by Robby, and then by Axel, getting kicked into the camera like that.
Remember what Emmett told V.M. in Fargo Season 3 "I didn't mean for this to happen." and V.M. told him "Nobody ever does."
Badd Medicine brought up something interesting in their reaction. They're pretty much guilty of participating in that illegal fight. They were ordered to get off the mat by Gunther, and then the brawl ended up in someone getting killed.
It would seem like everyone would be disqualified or they can't just continue the tournament now. But I would think the Russian sensei would be the most prosecuted one because he's the one that started the whole thing.
Kwon elbowing Robby and that stuff that could've easily been stopped but not when the Russian Sensei knocked Gunther out and led the charge for the brawl.
