dieselbeast

Ken Veader

This may have been asked before but why don’t you play the sound and show the full movie on Patreon?

Jase Nelson

Daniel/Sam If you guys haven’t seen these WillSmith films I think they’ll be right up your alley: FOCUS (crime/comedy/drama) HANCOCK (fantasy/action/comedy) GEMINI MAN (sci fi/action) ALADDIN (Disney live action remake) ENEMY OF THE STATE (thriller/action) THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS (drama) HITCH (comedy) and of course the BAD BOYS films

Tristan Durant

i know nobody cares what i say or do but i wont watch anything with the lead actor after the his assault at the oscars

hogweed

BTW, if you like the whole robots among us theme, watch 'Humans' the British Sci Fi TV show, it's fantastic.

Aaron Barlow

At the end Sonny is now Caesar and it's planet of the apes....with robots.

Aaron Barlow

Such muscles will also require metallic, elastic tendons and also Wolverine type reinforced bones

Aaron Barlow

Especially for Chris Rock if Will Smith gets it.

Aaron Barlow

Great Reaction. A great Will Smith movie is Enemy of the State (1998)

christopher brown

Bad Boys 1 and especially 2 are great buddy cop movies.

Sam, Moralmachine.net has a page where the results are broken down by country. Unfortunately, there isn't a separate url for it. You have to go to the "About" page and scroll down about half way; look for the hotlink in the "Results" section below. Then, scroll up a little bit. You should see a world map with interactive results.

Ooh! Going to check this out with Daniel tonight haha very interesting! Woah! Anything with extreme strength also sounds scary haha -Sam

TBR Schmitt

Yes! We have both seen Independence Day and Men in Black oh and I Am Legend! -Sam

TBR Schmitt

Will Smith movie suggestions: I Am Legend (2007), Men in Black (1997), The Pursuit of Happyness (2006), Seven Pounds (2008). If you guys liked this, you might also like a couple of other movies from Alex Proyas: Dark City (1998) and Knowing (2009). Dark City was on a sci-fi poll last year, and Knowing has yet to be on a poll. Regarding AI dilemmas, there's a website which has a sequence of questions to test how you would respond when faced with moral decisions in a variety of no-win scenarios like the car scenario you guys discussed: https://www.moralmachine.net/ Finally, I recall reading a story recently regarding new artificial muscles which involves add ferromagnetic particles with shape memory polymers. The upshot is they can create artificial muscles with extreme strength. They don't mention how fast these polymers can change state, though, but one of the intended applications is robotics. https://techxplore.com/news/2024-11-artificial-magnetic-muscles-tensile-stresses.html

Saw this one in the cinema in 2004 and never watched it again, 20 years later i liked it more :) For more Will Smith ... I Think You Both have Seen his Big Hits "Independence Day" and "Men In Black" Right? Then i would recommend "Enemy of the State" from 1998 with once again a Great Gene Hackman and "I Am Legend" from 2007 and his First Film "Made in America" from 1993 with Whoopi Goldberg

Florian Meier

This is still a great action film by Will Smith. I noticed you guys mention other Will Smith films, I recommend one to watch for you guys and that’s called Seven Pounds, great film and great performance by him.

AI is so scary haha -Sam

In the late eighties there was a short lived t.v. show called Probe. It was a sci-fi mystery show, and in the first episode people were dying to freak electrical related accidents. In the end they realize it is a computer whose A.I. determined that some people were a threat to its own existence and was killing them.

Vwlss Nvwls

Its Bicentennial Man, but yes, that is a great movie.

Armchair Rizzard

Man, the next ten years are going to be amazing to bring us to this kind of future. :D

Vwlss Nvwls

I saw this one on streaming. It is a decent movie. Not great, but not bad. Definitely an interesting story. I prefer "Millennium Man" with Robin Williams for a good robot movie.

Comedy?
