Please look into "I Love You, Phillip Morris" as it is a sleeper Carrey/Ewen McGregor comedy/biography movie. You will not regret it.

Loved this reaction! I don’t know if you guys would want to do a reaction for it but you should check out the sequel at some point. Not as funny as this one obviously but it’s hilarious to get Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels back with the same directors 20 some odd years later.

I might have already said this, but in case I didn't, really want to mention the underrated Jim Carrey comedy The Cable Guy (1996). This movie was famous when it came out because it was Jim Carrey's first movie at the top of the A-list after his breakout year in 1994 when Ace Ventura, Dumb and Dumber, and The Mask all came out at once. In the '90s, that meant a $20m paycheck, which was reserved for the biggest stars. As a result, there was a ton of scrutiny around it, and as it is a slightly non-traditional role for Jim Carrey, the movie bombed in theaters. Carrey immediately bounced back with Liar Liar the next year and then branched out into drama in 1998 with The Truman Show, but The Cable Guy has slowly but surely gained a cult following. I personally think it's the best of his wacky comedies. It was rewritten, uncredited, by Judd Apatow, and was directed by Ben Stiller, who had just come off the cult TV show "The Ben Stiller Show," which featured Stiller, Bob Odenkirk (with future "Mr. Show" cohort David Cross on the writing staff), Janeane Garofalo, Andy Dick, and character actor John F. O'Donohue, as well as Apatow again on the writing side. Not only are all of the "Ben Stiller Show" cast members in the movie as cameos, you can also see future comedy stars like Jack Black, Leslie Mann, and Stiller's close friend Owen Wilson.
(I would also recommend, if you can, watching Clint Eastwood's directorial debut Play Misty For Me beforehand.)

Another great 90's comedy that Lauren Holly stars in is Down Periscope. I think it's been on the polls a few times, but hasn't won yet. And the cop that drank the piss, Harlen Williams, is also in Down Periscope!

Thank you guys for reacting to this one! This was a childhood favorite of mind, and it still makes me laugh today. XD
If you haven't seen them, I totally recommend the Ace Ventura movies. IMO, those are the movies that brought Jim Carrey to superstardom. There are "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective" and the sequel "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls".
There's also "The Mask", and believe it or not, that movie came out the same year "Dumb and Dumber" and the "Ace Ventura" sequel came out. So in 1994, Carrey THREE movies in the box office. Dude was on top of the world at that time.

''Wife's First Time Watching'' seems to be a very repeating trend on this channel in recent months 🙁
Movies new to both Daniel&Sam are always more enjoyable reactions.
Fingers crossed 🤞 we can find more movies fresh to both reactors in the future
