Lots of great foreshadowing in this movie: Wayne saying “peoples eyes will pop out their heads when they see this” and then gets his eyes pulled out with a pitchfork. Bobby Lynn is first seen walking out of a building showing a blonde woman having her swimwear ripped off by an alligator Jackson mentioning how farmers pointed their guns at him back in Vietnam Howard mentioning his weak heart several times. There’s a shot of the van’s tires running though the cow guts at the start that looks near identical to a shot of the van tires running over Pearl’s head when Maxine kills her. Wayne saying to have success with women theres 2 rules: don't take your eyes off a beautiful woman, and never mention her weight. Howard makes the comment "She's heavier than she looks" when dragging Lorraine and that's when she startles him and he has the heart attack. Plus they say to Jenna Ortega’s character “you don’t want to give the old man a heart attack, do you?” and her skull spitting out blood towards him is what ultimately does give him one

Ti West seems to have a knack for making films that feel like they were made in the time period they occur. The provocative themes create a sense of discomfort that enhance the tension. Pearl is a must watch. Mia Goth's performance in that film is incredible. All I can say in closing is ... "spunk?".

Not sure if you got other horror movies besides the ones from the polls but I'd love to see you react to 'The Omen' (1976). It's one of the few classics that you haven't got to. The prequel that came out this year, 'The First Omen' is also very good.
