The only Stussy that I ever of was a brand that all the kids wore back in the 90s but it was pronounced Stoosy, and spelled with an umlaut (Stüssy)

Every (east) german: "Oh man, the Stasi is trying to frame another innocent man."
Daniel: "Oh no, what did you? Where have you been? Is this really the guy they're looking for?"
Oh you sweet summer child. 😉😉😄😄😄

They followed in the footsteps of Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons from season 2!

Two of this season's cast members had previously worked with the Coen Brothers. Michael Stuhlbarg, who plays Emmit's lawyer, Sy, played the lead role in the Coen's 2009 film, A Serious Man. And David Thewlis, who plays the "investor" Varga, had a memorable small role in The Big Lebowski as Maude's friend, Knox Harrington, who irritates The Dude to no end.

I'm glad to see you guys are really into the season so far. I think it got a bum rap after how well received season 2 was.
Notice how the word "truth" tends to fade away first. The East German officer in the prologue is more willing to believe what's written on paper than what's being told to him by an actual person in front of him. The idea that 'official' documents are held to be more truthful than what's right in front of our faces is a big thing this season.
Some stuff I noticed:
When Ray and Nikki are in that card tournament, there's this Italian song playing. It pokes fun at a trend in the 60's and 70's where Italian songs with english lyrics mixed in were extremely popular. The lyrics are meant to sound like english, but it's all gibberish except for the word 'alright'. But if it sounds like english the truth is that it must BE english, right? 😉
While Maurice is on his way to rob the wrong Stussy, he tries to throw the roach of a joint out the window, but it bounces off the glass and causes him to almost lose control of his car, like a scene in The Big Lebowski.
