Chapter 147: Purple Token

Lilyana ran quickly between the trees, her breath steady even though her body moved at high speed.

After successfully obtaining the Token from the Frilay Nest, Lilyana immediately directed her gaze towards the Haforn Nest, hoping to acquire another Token. However, as Lilyana approached the nest, something caught her attention.

Above the towering Giant Tree in front of her, Lilyana saw a glimmer that was different from usual; her eyes narrowed, and her heart raced faster as she realized what she was seeing.

It was not an ordinary Token hanging there, but a Purple Token! The purple color was so striking, unlike the Gold Tokens found in the Frilay and Haforn Nests; this Token was clearly more valuable, and Lilyana knew she had to obtain it.

With strong determination, Lilyana hurriedly climbed the giant tree, each large branch serving as a foothold as she approached the Purple Token. However, just as she was about to reach it, a sound of quick movement below caught her attention.

Two boys and a girl from another group were rushing towards Lilyana, their faces showing a clear intent to attack her and seize the Purple Token. They did not want to miss this opportunity, and Lilyana knew she had to act quickly.

However, before they could launch their attack, something unexpected happened. Fireworks began to appear around the three of them, surrounding them like a deadly circle.

Lilyana, still holding onto the tree branch, smirked slightly; she knew who was behind the attack—Natsuki, her teammate, who was promptly providing assistance from a distance.

One of the boys in the group tried to jump back, attempting to escape the range of the dangerous attack.

"Attack!" shouted the boy, trying to command his companions.

But it was too late; the fireworks surrounding them exploded with a thunderous sound, creating a large blaze.

The fire quickly engulfed the three of them, sending their screams into the air before they were ultimately eliminated.

In the distance, two others hiding behind the bushes were shocked by the incident; they were from the same group as the three who had just burned, and now they felt anxious as fireworks began to appear around them as well.

"No!" screamed a girl from the group, her voice trembling with panic.

"Energy Shield!" Quickly, the girl extended her hand, creating a round shield made of bright light.

The shield expanded around them, protecting the girl and her male companion from the incoming fire attack.

They both hid behind the shield, their breaths held as the raging fire struck the light shield, emitting a blinding sparkle.

Meanwhile, up in the tree, Lilyana observed everything calmly, ready to take advantage of the chaos and seize the valuable Purple Token.

"Wait a minute!" The boy next to the girl spoke in a panicked tone, his hands trembling as he tried to summon a certain power.

There was tension in the air, and Lilyana could feel the energy swirling around them, indicating that they would not give up easily.

In the meantime, Lilyana had successfully reached the trunk of the giant tree where the precious Purple Token was located.

The purple light radiated from the token, enveloping Lilyana's hand with a strange warmth as she grasped it.

Without a second thought, Lilyana nimbly jumped down from the tree, landing smoothly on the ground below, then her gaze immediately turned to the Haforn Nest, where the other Gold Token awaited to be taken.
