You mentioning the bear as Tony kind of robbed them of the realization most people have at the end of the season. That’s a terrific “aha!” moment & now that they’ve seen this comment that moment won’t land the same way. Just a friendly suggestion.

As a symbol for the danger he poses for his family and also a symbol of his need to be the protector and caretaker of his family because being the strong alpha is what he wishes to be. The reality is that he's a profoundly lonely, flawed man and this is definitely the "Tony season". I can't believe the show was meant to originally be 4 seasons. I think this is the season where the show finalizes its identity and fire on all cylinders all the way to the end. Get well, you two!
