Mainly, I think the original Police Story is a landmark martial arts action movie and it deserves to be seen.

They're correct, but it should be pointed out that Supercop is the third movie in what might be Jackie Chan's most famous Hong Kong series, Police Story, and it is just as worth watching Police Story 1 and 2 before you watch Supercop. And of course, make sure you get the uncut versions in the original language and not the butchered American versions.

And 10,000 views by hardcore fans of an under the radar film don't keep a channel going like 75,000 views of a hugely popular film would. It's not just financial, it's existential. If YouTube starts burying your videos in the algorithm, it's over.

I understand the more well known a film is, the more views it will get on Youtube etc but it shouldn't mean less well known films are off the table. It can be a mixture. (This isn't a dig at TBR or any other reactors, just an observation.)
