It's such a great movie, I have faith that it will one day bubble up to the top.

2023-03-19 20:19:24 +0000 UTCYeah, JFK is dynamite. It has every actor in the world in it, all giving amazing performances.
Neal Romanek
2023-03-19 20:18:16 +0000 UTCSo many excellent movies here, you just can't go wrong with any of them. Try to watch the original cut of Amadeus instead of the "Director's Cut".
Neal Romanek
2023-03-19 20:16:47 +0000 UTCCrunch time! I'm sure we can find another 65-70 Dog Day Afternoon voters somewhere 🤪
Paul Cox
2023-03-15 13:40:12 +0000 UTCgran torino

2023-03-09 18:36:38 +0000 UTCA shame Dead Poets Society isn't doing better. Robin William's best roll apart from Good Will Hunting (Good Morning Vietnam is his 3rd). Folks really deserve to see this one

2023-03-06 20:31:30 +0000 UTCEven if it doesn't win this poll, Amadeus definitely needs to be in the schedule sometime soon. I'm eager for yall to see it.
Donna Castellano
2023-03-04 04:32:02 +0000 UTCYou guys should do a bad movie poll and drop a reaction on April first.
dewey dawson
2023-03-04 04:24:43 +0000 UTCYou guys should check out a bunch of Oliver Stone movies. Wall Street, JFK, Nixon, Born of the 4th of July, Salvador, Alexander, The Doors.. I think the only one you've reacted to is Platoon. They are very impactful and a good amount of recent history.
Ed R
2023-03-03 01:14:36 +0000 UTCJFK is so good
Ken Veader
2023-03-02 06:28:46 +0000 UTCShan Watches Movies and James Vs Cinema did great YouTube edits for Amadeus.

2023-03-01 19:17:44 +0000 UTCGood choices. You guys should watch American Gangster if you haven’t since you’re on a Russell Crowe movement right now.

2023-02-27 16:39:34 +0000 UTCthat's a fantastic Film!!!!
Chris Bruneau
2023-02-27 04:19:19 +0000 UTCNot really minding that, I firmly put Catch Me If You Can in that category, movie's dope
W T
2023-02-26 20:35:12 +0000 UTCYeah, it’s astonishing that Catch Me if You Can is significantly outpacing two of the greatest movies ever made. But such is the hazard of popular polls.
David Wilkins
2023-02-26 19:37:14 +0000 UTCDead Poets Society is 1989. I love the movie btw and hope it wins 🤞
Michael Soukup
2023-02-26 15:46:43 +0000 UTCFor the future I recommend Spotlight (2015). won Best Picture Oscar.
richard wilkinson
2023-02-26 15:34:12 +0000 UTCLooks like Catch Me If You Can is gonna shade it. If that is the case, I hope an executive decision is made and Gone Girl gets a view as well, especially if it only loses out by a few votes. It's such a great film. If not, then it should be put on future Thriller polls, because that's a more appropriate genre.
Shehab Dawoud
2023-02-26 12:48:54 +0000 UTCI've been rewatching Pixar movies with my little kid and I'm blown away how good they still are. Have they reacted to any Pixar? Has there been a poll for that?
PIG
2023-02-26 12:24:28 +0000 UTCAmadeus is the best, what an incredible movie. I hope it wins.

2023-02-26 12:19:26 +0000 UTCJFK (1991) is a fantastic film, whether you believe in conspiracies or not.
Mike the Ginger
2023-02-26 09:39:29 +0000 UTCI voted for TRAINSPOTTING, but CATCH ME IF YOU CAN is really great too! I find it more of an xXxmas flick, but really it spans plenty of seasons.
Philip Davetas
2023-02-26 08:17:09 +0000 UTCI'm glad Dog Day Afternoon and Trainspotting are included here because they are both great; however, Chinatown is one of the best movies ever made.
Michael Buhl
2023-02-26 07:03:15 +0000 UTCDang, what a smooth, even distribution of votes on all those movies. Gotta go for Amadeus though, no way around this.
W T
2023-02-26 07:00:42 +0000 UTCTotally unrelated to the poll at hand, so my apologies, but I'd like to suggest a 1980s cult/b-movie poll someday with things like Repo Man, The Toxic Avenger, Night of the Comet, Better Off Dead, etc (I'm sure plenty of us elder gen x'ers could come up with 100 suggestions). Just something to think about.
Paul Cox
2023-02-26 06:24:30 +0000 UTCBarry Lyndon is such an amazing movie cinematically. Alot of the movie was lit with candle light alone. Also Barry Lyndon is where Stanley ended up finding his right hand man Leon Vitale. Without Leon alot of what we've seen in Kubricks movies may not have happened. I'm so glad i got to see him in person a few years back before he passed away recently.
Brian Sevilla
2023-02-26 04:40:00 +0000 UTCChinatown is the best movie on the list.
Brian McNally
2023-02-26 03:16:27 +0000 UTCI'm waiting for A Perfect World(1993)
mikethemotormouth
2023-02-26 03:12:50 +0000 UTCWhatever movie wins, Amadeus is an absolute must watch. Also, Barry Lyndon is still missing from your Kubrick reactions (along with Lolita). it is a stunning movie.
bosho11
2023-02-26 02:56:12 +0000 UTCOh yeah, Network. That's a great classic.
Ed R
2023-02-26 02:05:35 +0000 UTCNixon was pretty fantastic. I like watching Nixon and JFK both because there is some crossover in subject matter. Born of the 4th of July might be Tom Cruise's best performance of all time. Followed by The Color of Money and Rain Man.
Ed R
2023-02-26 02:01:12 +0000 UTCI've suggested other drama movies in the past but I can't remember if I already added these two, so... Steel Magnolias (1989) The Impossible (2012)
Domino
2023-02-26 01:53:10 +0000 UTCI agree, these really are some great movies in this poll.
PIG
2023-02-26 01:20:38 +0000 UTCI've been recommending The Insider for a while. And Born on the 4th of July. Great films.
Jonathan Patrick
2023-02-26 01:20:22 +0000 UTCYou didn't like Nixon?
Erwin Quiachon
2023-02-26 01:17:45 +0000 UTCIt is truly a masterpiece film. Definitely his best. 2nd imo is Born on the 4th of July.
Jonathan Patrick
2023-02-26 01:16:30 +0000 UTCJFK is Oliver Stone's greatest movie, never seen a reaction of it

KevG
2023-02-25 23:06:50 +0000 UTCYou guys! THIS is the poll where "Million Dollar Baby" should be, and I'd vote for it! But among these excellent suggestions, I'm all in for "Gran Torino." I'm surprised y'all haven't seen it yet. It comes pretty close to being a perfect movie.
William 1611
2023-02-25 22:48:53 +0000 UTCSomeday you must react to On The Waterfront (1954). Brando at his peak.
richard wilkinson
2023-02-25 22:23:58 +0000 UTCGran Torino would be my first choice on this poll, followed by Catch Me If You Can. Random recommendations: 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Face/Off, Armageddon, Galaxy Quest.
David Crabtree
2023-02-25 22:11:25 +0000 UTCLove The Insider. It will never get a reaction, though, unless it's an executive decision. I don't think most people want to see a reaction to a film that's 99% dialogue. I doubt most followers, many of them being casuals, have seen it either.
Shehab Dawoud
2023-02-25 22:04:48 +0000 UTCMaybe an all-John Cazale poll, then. They've already reacted to Godfather I and II and The Deer Hunter. That just leaves Dog Day Afternoon and The Conversation.
Raymond Johnson
2023-02-25 22:03:41 +0000 UTCMy Recommendations Born on the Fourth of July (1989) Network (1976) The Insider (1999)

2023-02-25 20:46:44 +0000 UTCAmazing movie, Directed by Clint Eastwood, staring Sean Penn Kevin Bacon Tim Robbins and has an IMDb score of 7.9 out of 10
Duncan
2023-02-25 20:42:28 +0000 UTCI’d suggest Mystic River for a future poll if you haven’t seen it.
Cliff Smelley
2023-02-25 20:31:29 +0000 UTCHa, I meant another one. I know it rallied pretty well towards the end last time we saw it (in either a drama or crime poll, can't remember), but I think in a purely Pacino poll, and with The Godfather trilogy and Heat out of the way now, its chances would be better. It would only have to get above Carlito's Way and Serpico, and I think it could.
Paul Cox
2023-02-25 20:30:43 +0000 UTCTrainspotting and Gone Girl are both absolutely fantastic films
Nick Sneddon
2023-02-25 20:29:48 +0000 UTCI voted Gran Torino on this one. All my choices in these polls will lose. Oh well, there have been some truly great films and some inspired choices on the channel lately. There will be plenty more great movies in the future, even though you guys are so wrong today! 😁😄😛
Mike LL
2023-02-25 20:25:55 +0000 UTCYou should honestly react to everyone of these movies. They are all pretty great, but Chinatown is one of my favorite movies of all time.

2023-02-25 20:14:14 +0000 UTCI'm really hoping Gone Girl pulls it off, finally. I'm always interested in a married couple's take on this kind of film.
