Paul Castellano (boss of the Gambino crime family at the time) had his house bugged in the '80s. The FBI intentionally caused interference on Castellano's cable box, and when Castellano called in a repair guy the FBI sent their own guy in his place. That agent placed the bug as he "repaired" the cable box, literally while Castellano watched him do it. The FBI also bugged the house of Angelo Ruggiero, another member of the Gambino family. The title of this episode is a reference to him.

Hate to tell you Carm, it doesn't get more traditional than antiques. And the only thing traditional about the Sopranos interior decorating style is the tradition of mob wives having gaudy taste.
