Two great episodes guys chozen training the students was fantastic 👌 I really like Devon even though she's with the enemy watching her kicks while training with Tori was great back in my karate days I did those kick combos a lot . Kenny sucks he's the worst .knew that octopus necklace would come back into play poor Sam worst timing ever 😟 Johnny and that judge got it oh yeah they did made me wanna watch rocky 4 again 😃 so two episodes left I can't wait until then thanks as always guys this was great

Bro Kreese tried to kill Johnny and Daniel in season 3 and on top of that, brought in Silver cause he couldn't beat them fair and square. This will always be Kresse's fault. Miyagi owns Cobra Kai. Always.

I really feel for Anthony, because I had a bully who made my life hell in junior high, because he and his friends were throwing rocks at me and my best friend one day, and when I threw a rock back at them I actually hit him. So for the next year I was always having to look over my back, and watch for him in the 2 mile walk thru the desert going from school to home. One day him and his friends cornered me before I could leave campus, but my best friend (who could fight) stepped in and told me to run. An hour later when he got home he had a black eye and a smile on his face, but I was never bothered by those bullies again.

Such awesome episodes! I am guessing that we will not see that big tournament until season 6, and I kind of hope that is the case, because we need more great character/relationship building, because it is all so fun to watch.

Yep. And in the older flashbacks where Silver said his dad wanted him to take over his company and so Silver was very busy doing business stuff I think Kreese was the one that probably spent a lot of time with Master Kim and learning from him, and so he probably had the majority of interactions with Master Kim and his granddaughter and other senseis.

I have the sense that Kim has always liked Kreese more than Silver. That little moment where the vase got broken and he kinda winked at her. Like he knew she was there, watching, when she wasn't supposed to be and he kept it a secret.

There is nothing in this entire series like the last two episodes. It feels like a AAA movie ending.

I don't have any sympathy for Kreese. I was just surprised that Daniel would do that. It was very funny don't get me wrong :) It really surprised me. But everybody has had a redemption arc in this show and Kreese started to show that he might start on the road to redemption but what Johnny and Daniel did totally destroyed that possibility IMO. None of the characters who had redemption arcs in this show immediately changed in an instant and stopped hating their rival. But what happened in this episode-- that was like nailing the coffin shut. Whatever thoughts Kreese had that maybe he might have done things the wrong way are gone now, and his hatred stronger than ever. And that's not good for the future, especially if somehow he manages to get out and teams up with Kim-Da-Eun. Someone else said after watching this episode how cool it would be if Daniel got Kreese out and if all four-- Daniel, Chosen, Johnny and Kreese teamed up against Silver. I mean I'm like meh. I would be cool with either one. I don't think it will ever happen though especially now.

Yeah you will get zero Kreese sympathy for me. Let's not forget the beginning of their meeting Kreese was giddy/gloating about Silver assaulting Daniel, and that's just a list on the handful of things he's done to both Daniel and Johnny. Let's not forget Kreese tried to kill Johnny and could have killed him on multiple occasions, he is extremely abusive. Just because he regrets it 35 years after the fact doesn't mean that Johnny has to forgive him. He was emotionally abusive to Johnny as he grew up, and physically as we saw in TKK2, and 2 other encounters in the series. Then he took over his dojo, and sent Cobra Kai students after one of his, starting corrupting his son, etc. Then there's Daniel, the man mocks Miyagi's passing whenever he gets the opportunity. He was a part of a ruse to torment him as a teenager in TKK3 because he dared to win, and Miyagi dared to humble Kreese by saving Johnny from his chokehold. He also sent Cobra Kai students to his house to attack his daughter, and basically taught a bunch of kids to be bullies. So yeah Kreese really gets no sympathy from me. He may "care" for Johnny, but I'm sure most abusers think they care for their victims. Doesn't mean their victims have to care back.

I think that Daniel and Johnny went way too far with Kreese. At this point it's pretty obvious that Kreese cares about Johnny and honestly Kreese probably is one of the best ways to take Silver down. Daniel & Sam didn't say anything about it in the flashback but that little girl was Kim-Da-Eun, Master Kim's granddaughter and it's clear her and Kreese had a close relationship from the interaction where he saved her from getting in trouble for the broken vase. It's very clear that Kim Da-Eun was very disappointed that Kreese wasn't around anymore and she is becoming further frustrated with the rivalry between Silver and Daniel, and also it's interesting that the relationship kind of mirrors Kreese and Silver in season 4 where Silver kept telling Kreese to let go of the Rivalry with Miyagi-do but he wouldn't do it. If Kreese got out and told Sensei Kim what Silver did to him that would be the abrupt end of Silver. And I think she has her own connections as she is well educated and did not flinch at Silver throwing money at her. But yeah the "No mercy mother*******" thing I think was a bit out of character for Daniel and Miyagi-Do even though they're enemies. But what's done is done. Also when kicking the watermelons I noticed a watermelon hanging that strangely looked like something from an old Internet meme and wonder if it was a callback to it: http://static.rcgroups.net/forums/attachments/2/6/7/9/0/9/a2945774-179-cat-watermelon-helmet.jpg The one thing that stood out to me is just how much taller Tory is than Sam. I had to pause it and examine to see if they pulled any angle tricks, but yeah apparently Peyton List is 6 inches taller than Mary Mouser. Gives some more credence to why Sam was so intimidated by Tory. Not only was Tory a ruthless fighter but she's also a lot bigger than Sam.
