From fit to fat
Added 2021-03-25 11:25:06 +0000 UTCI found some old clips I recorded when I started to get fat. I was in Egypt and I was in shape, but no diet and no gym made me grow a little belly.
Once I came back home I still went to the gym, but the belly didn’t go away because I ate a lot more than what I burnt.
