Will wwe and noah start an official partnership soon

I haven't heard anything pointing in that direction. I'd heard positive things emerging from their talent exchange, and I know NOAH really loved having Omos there, and even want him to come back. I think WWE is more focused on their TNA relationship and AAA ownership. I haven't heard of any negative vibes emerging from WWE/NOAH dealings.

Have you heard anything on when Jay White and Colton Gunn will be returning?

AEW had indicated that Colton Gunn's injury wouldn't be as bad since they were giving him time to see if he'd be in the tag tournament, but he hasn't worked since then. Jay White is nowhere near returning, and went ahead and had his shoulder worked on.

Does AEW and GCW have a working relationship? I have seen GCW talent wrestle on AEW but they never acknowledge GCW.

No. They have no relationship whatsoever. When the Effy/Ricky Starks/AEW/GCW situation happened, that was made very clear and direct to me. Tony Khan and Brett Lauderdale had actually never spoken prior to that. I know Lauderdale reached out, but I don't know if they ever had a conversation. I was very surprised to learn that considering the kinds of matches Jon Moxley had. But it's in most AEW deals that they can work indie dates as long as they're cleared by the company.
