Thanks for doing this stream Sean. I think a lot of people needed it tonight. 1. Definitely get your heart checked. As more studies come out about the long term effects of Covid, it's being shown to be a vascular disease that damages the heart instead of a respiratory disease like everyone thinks it is. You had a bad case and may have heart damage. 2. The reason nasal sprays cause your heart to race is because they restrict blood vessels to relieve the congestion. This also cause BP spikes. I almost accidentally killed myself one weekend using too much and had to got to the ER (my BP was 200/115). You need to use sprays that are saline based, Flonase, or even something like Coricidin HBP (which is what I use now).
