Unfortunately if charges are brought she may end up getting some form of punishment for her role in all of this. I’m very torn. People can do terrible things when they are being abused and controlled but at the same time, any victims need to see justice for what was inflicted on them.

That stated, IS IT IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE to believe this video is some sort of “proof” the events are “staged”, performers are just in “character” with harmless “acting”, the physical contact scenes are just well rehearsed, “choreographed stunts”, and the close ups and other camera angles for additional dramatic flair are all part of Russ McKamey’s movie making hobby, “smoke & mirrors?” This fraudulent pre “tour” is still an example of gratuitous promotion of violence, harm, and abuse.

Honestly there is so much I don't want to even speculate on because I think Ben has a much bigger edge on Russ than Russ could ever know, and I think there's a very good reason we don't know all there is to know about the data that came into Ben's hands. It just needs to enter into evidence, now. It's just good to know that this will probably be the investigation that ends MM.

What bothers me, is that with so many police reports and all, either - why wasn't a warrant ever requested, and if it was, but wasn't approved - or wasn't requested, because it was known that it would not hold up, what was missing that's needed for a search warrant? With the allegations and claims against him, the physical injuries, etc. and the fact that he claimed to withhold/edit out all of the worst stuff to just give a taste, but not share all the secrets, etc... I wish it were feasible, or if feasible, it were done: get a search warrant, and have located this hard drive years ago and gone through everything that is being gone through now. This clip alone is already illegal at this point. If, for example, Marissa pressed an assault charge at the time just for the rough hair grabbing, and they had acquired this drive via search warrant, I don't see how there isn't 1 charge that sticks there, already. It is clearly not an acted/scripted moment for the camera by all involved.

He left because Russ started demanding him to take days off of his work to come help him with "tours", although Russ wasn't paying him. It was a regular haunted house and then got more and more intense before it was just straight up torture with beatings and drowning.

Holly may have been abused which led to her doing these acts so she doesn't receive abuse - but that doesn't really make her innocent. We'd need a trial to weigh out the evidence for or against her innocence.

Specifically, "he used to work at this boo haunt and got fired but he insists it was totally unfair, so now he's in our boo haunt overacting and making everything feel more cringe," and now the supervisors have to keep him out of any scenes with female actors. And somehow, Russ thought this was the right vibe for an "extreme haunt." Holly is genuinely more terrifying, but I think that's because Russ has her so trauma-bonded. Great clip, and great point from Wolf on how the physical harassment began before the contract was ever signed. We know the contract is meaningless, but this would have voided it, regardless. Very curious if he was still pulling shit like this in Tennessee.
