Sean Ross Sapp, Will Washington and Denise Salcedo will have an awards presentation at the start of 2023.
This topic is the U20 award. In order to qualify, the candidate had to be under 20 years old as of December 1, 2022

This category was very tough, all of them are so good and I'm sure there are many others that could be a good write in choice. Billie Starks would be my female pick, although, Thea Hail is very good as well.
