Fightful's Scott Edwards had a chance to interview one of Ice Ribbon's top stars, Asahi. She discussed a number of topics including what inspired her to become a pro wrestler, what Ice Ribbon's slogan "Be Happy with Pro Wrestling" means to her, and who challenges her the most in the ring.

When asked about what got her into pro wrestling, Asahi cited it being her uncle who loved it. He would watch on VHS which ultimately led to her watching it and becoming a fan.

Ice Ribbon's slogan - "Be Happy with Pro Wrestling" - can mean a lot of things to different people. For Asahi, she told Fightful that it's all about the audience for in her eyes. They arrived to see one of their shows with the goal to leave with a smile on their faces. Finally, when we asked about who challenges her most in the ring, Asahi answered with one word. "Asahi." Hard to disagree with that one as she's a wrestler who clearly challenges herself to get better each and every match she has.
