Maya Yukihi talks Deadlock Pro, Ice Ribbon, Asuka

Maya Yukihi discussed wrestling in America for the first time as part of DEADLOCK Pro, which had been a goal of hers, describing the experience as fun even if the fans weren’t familiar with her at the time. She made it clear she’d like to travel and compete in America again down the road. She also named a number of locations she’d like to compete in the future including the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Korea. In terms of America, she was recommended by Sasha Banks to compete in Boston!
In terms of wrestlers she’d like to face, Yukihi explained how she wanted to face WWE’s Asuka but was injured for eight months prior to Asuka leaving Japan for the United States. She wanted to know from fans who they’d like to see her face in the future
Finally, Yukihi provided details about going freelance following her long run as part of the Ice Ribbon roster. She explained how both Ice Ribbon’s president Hajime Sato and Tsukasa Fujimoto pushed her to take the chance outside the promotion to grow bigger as a wrestler.
