Josh Alexander said that breaking his neck and having to have surgery and step away from wrestling is one of the best things that ever happened to him.When he had time off, he had more time to reflect and realized he wasn't putting in work to the level he wanted to, so it motivated him to not waste the time that he had. IMPACT gave him an opportunity and he capitalized. He said his neck is fine, and he feels younger at 35 than he did at 25 because he takes care of himself much better now.
Alexander says his ultimate goal at IMPACT is to grow the company to the level where he believes the roster is. He wants to get more eyes on the show, and feels like doing specials and PPVs help that. He personally puts it on himself to work harder to make that happen.
