Several new AEW full-time signings
Added 2022-10-26 16:01:14 +0000 UTCThe Kingdom debuted in All Elite Wrestling, but they weren't officially signed to AEW deals at the time, we're told. That has changed.
The trio of Maria Kanellis, Mike Bennett and Matt Taven finished up with IMPACT Wrestling at the Bound For Glory tapings and dropped the IMPACT Tag Team Championships, but it hadn't aired yet. As a result, they appeared on AEW television while in canon being IMPACT champions.
The three debuted on AEW Rampage from Toronto, and made a challenge to FTR for the ROH World Tag Team Titles. We're told that FTR had also pushed to get them involved, though we're not sure in what context. However, upon their first appearance, they weren't actually inked to contracts. Since then, we're told that all three have signed multi-year contracts with All Elite Wrestling.
Maria Kanellis joined Awesome Kong and Brandi Rhodes as the only women to appear for AEW, ROH, WWE, IMPACT and NJPW. There were rumors that WWE was interested in Matt Taven, but we're told that Maria Kanellis and Mike Bennett both also had conversations with WWE, but we haven't heard of any firm offers. Despite speaking openly about being open to helping book in ROH or the women's division, as of now Maria is only contracted as a talent.
Another Honor No More member in Vincent finished up on IMPACT and was backstage at WWE Raw shortly after.

I’ve never understood the idea that UE vs Elite was a dream match. Bobby Fish and KOR are a complete snooze fest. Adam Cole is the only one in that group worth watching, and him vs anyone in the Elite would be entertaining.

2022-10-26 19:16:01 +0000 UTCCastle IS the current ROH trios champ with the boys. He had a great match with Jericho on TV for the ROH title as a former ROH champion. With his injuries, he would be limited, but he can certainly have a place on a new ROH tv show as tag or trios wrestler.

We can no longer get Elite vs UE dream match & I feel like they need to tye up the loose end with Cole Kenny & The Bucks. So we could get The Elite vs The Kingdom as a trios feud which is the second best choice imo with Kyle injured & Bobby gone

2022-10-26 17:37:47 +0000 UTCI'm a fan of Castle but I'm not sure I'd take him if I were Tony Khan. No clear place on an already bloated roster, and he's injury prone and arguably past his peak as a result. There are worse wrestlers on the roster, but I don't know where he'd fit.
