More on Willow signing with AEW, more wrestlers signed full-time

AEW revealed officially that Willow had signed full-time with the company on the October 21 episode of AEW Rampage. Fightful had learned recently that Willow had signed with the company in some capacity, but hadn't confirmed if it was tiered or full-time, but had it confirmed when she'd gained merch on the AEW shop. When Willow finished up with MLW, they were under the impression it was to sign a full-time deal with another company. Fightful had also been told that as of this summer, indie promotions didn't seem to have to clear her bookings with AEW directly. Regardless, the reaction internally to Willlow's signing was very positive.
Willow's signing also led Fightful to ask about the status of numerous other talent in the company. We also had it confirmed that there are several talent on full-time deals that haven't received the "All Elite" graphic, which was seemingly customary. Ariya Daivari is one that we'd heard of this summer that had brought in full-time that has yet to be announced by AEW in the "All Elite" manner.

I like that not everyone gets a graphic but I wish they would put the full time talent that dosent get a graphic on the damn roster page

2022-10-22 18:03:59 +0000 UTCI don’t think the graphics are necessary for everyone. Especially the mid or lower card heels. I think the lack of a graphic became too big of a thing with people falling over themselves thinking that because the person didn’t get it had to mean they weren’t signed.
