[RDO] Wedding

I’m not someone who enjoys weddings as happy endings, tbh, I hate when stories go that way, like it’s the only possible way for the characters to end up happy but in this case I’ll make an exception.

In that period being a single mother wasn’t good, nor for the mother nor for the baby who would be considered a bastard and would have a tough time growing up, that is why Brian decides to marry Joey. They don’t need it, they love each other and they don’t need to prove it to anyone, but it’s the right thing to do for Alba.

Joey is so nervous and she can hardly believe the situation, she never imagined herself getting married, not even to Brian bc she never felt that “normal” would apply to her. And here she is, in a wedding dress standing in front of the man she dearly loves, vowing to love and care for each other until death do them part.

I will probably redraw this one in digital but I wanted to give it a try to my polychromatic coloured pencils.

And btw I don't remember if I told you but during our RP in November/December Brian actually asked Joey to marry him. Honestly it was completely unexpected and of course Joey said yes, even though she insisted him he didn't have to do it if he didn't want it. Joey will forever believe that she is not good enough for Brian...
