You smell good, I'll keep you

If you have been following me on twitter for a while, and for a while I mean like maybe two years? Maybe you will remember that when I played Vampyr (kinda wanna play it again now that it's remastered) I created 2 OCs. A Vampire Lady and a Vampire Hunter.

It was all an excuse for drawing a Lady dominating a buffed man. 

When I first drew them I was thinking of a modern setting buuut since I can't get enough of historical settings let's set them in 19th century. I'm still deciding tho if it's going to be 1880s or again 1900s. I will think about it. 

Anyway, while drawing them I've been thinking about their dynamic and a bit of story between them, nothing very serious because I have way too many projects to work on, but just to have some fun with them. 

I'm trying to answer the big question: what is a Vampire Hunter doing with a Vampire Lady? Welp, at this point you should already know I LOVE love-hate relationships, so like imagine him being an angry man that hates vampires (because he's been trained all his life to hate them and to hunt them) and she just does whatever she wants with him and he kinda wants to say no but can't resist? 

I was imagining that he could be in some trouble with other vampires and the lady comes to save the day and at the same she needs his help for whatever reason. 

About their names, she is called Elisenda (Senda for short). Haven't thought much when she was converted, I'm torn between middle age and 18th century. The thing is I know nothing about Catalan middle age history (yes, because she is going to live in that sunny place), and since 18th century was kinda interesting (hello 1714 and war of the spanish succession) it could be the winner. Maybe she would be a fine Lady with a tragic story around her conversion, like, it was against her wishes and all that kind of angst. 

About him, his name is Artal (it's a middle age catalan name that I love) and he would come from a long lineage of vampire hunters. Actually, I was thinking that maybe his ancestors chased Elisenda years ago and killed her husband. But since it's been like ages ago it's not like she holds any grudge against Artal. 

I'm so sorry I got so long today. It might be surprising because usually I have absolutely nothing to say.

I'll tell you a secret, not really a secret, but usually what happens is that while I'm drawing I have many things to say about the thing I'm drawing, but when it comes to the moment to post it I go completely blank and never know what to write.
