More on Roman Reigns' Schedule
Added 2022-06-09 19:45:32 +0000 UTCRoman Reigns will be at three months without defending either World Title on TV if the report from Sports Illustrated is true.
SI reported that Roman Reigns was not scheduled for WWE Money in the Bank, the second consecutive PPV he's not wrestled at. After WrestleMania when Reigns noted he'd have a reduced schedule, WWE reps told Fightful that his live event schedule would be scaled back, but that he'd remain on TV, and wasn't slated to really miss any time. That doesn't seem to hold true. We've followed up with additional reps for clarity.
Even then, we were told at one point that Reigns missing Money in the Bank would be possible, as the company feels the ladder matches themselves can sell the PPV shows. However, with the event moving from Allegiant Stadium to the MGM, that certainly seems to be the case.
A WWE rep did tell us they expect Roman Reigns to compete at Summerslam.

There’s gotta be some level of heat coming from the locker room about this, no? Is there still championship bonuses?
