More on Juice Robinson leaving NJPW

A couple of months ago, Fightful Select reported that charismatic star Juice Robinson was a free agent after his NJPW deal expired after January 31. We asked for an update on the situation, and Robinson tells Fightful he extended his deal three months, which he also mentioned in an interview with F4W. However, this weekend at Windy City Riot is the last match he'll be working for NJPW, he claims. His deal with NJPW is up at the end of April.
He reiterated to us that he is NOT retiring, but he is likely to take less dates, and he didn't want to be contracted somewhere that he didn't believe he could fulfill the required duties to 100 percent.
In addition to working New Japan Pro Wrestling, Robinson has recently appeared for IMPACT, and also wrestled for WWE/NXT and Ring of Honor in the past. He did indicate he'd be open to working IMPACT again in the future, and said he was leaving NJPW on good terms.

Sounds like he definitely could be headed to impact which would be Huge for both him and impact IMO

2022-04-18 01:36:00 +0000 UTCI could see him doing work with AEW for a program or something, if not signing there. The freedom Tony gives his talent seems like something Juice would love, and his fiancée, Toni Storm, just signed there, so there’s that too.
