Speedball Mike Bailey Interview Notes
Added 2022-04-14 12:00:00 +0000 UTCStephen Jensen and Jeremy Lambert spoke to Speedball Mike Bailey for a new interview on the Spotlight. You can check out some early notes below.
- Bailey says he didn't pick his "Brass Monkey" theme in C4, but he liked it because it didn't sound like a conventional wrestling theme song.
- He says that he kicks his hands while making his way to the ring as a way to stay warm before the much.
- They asked him about how some of his moves came about. He came up with the Flamingo Driver by just putting Veda Scott in weird submissions during training, and Colt Cabana named it. He developed the shooting star knees when he messed up a standing backflip 450.
- He emerged from WrestleMania weekend healthy and feels it prepared him for Rebellion. He called his relationship with IMPACT mutually beneficial, and thinks he could work with anyone there and stand out.
