Sasha Banks update
Added 2022-01-29 00:55:10 +0000 UTCSasha Banks has been sidelined for the last four weeks, but WWE is planning on her being back ahead of the publicly announced schedule.
Fightful has learned that Sasha Banks is ahead of the 6-8 week timetable that was announced when she was injured. Banks hasn't appeared on WWE programming after being injured on a January 2 live event.
WWE creative was told shortly after the injury that she wouldn't be factored in to the Royal Rumble plans, but we're told that is far from set in stone now and she could very well return imminently.
We were told she's expected at this weekend's shows, thought we're unsure of the involvement.

I had the same thought. This would have been a cool surprise.
