Update On Tommy Dreamer-IMPACT

Dreamer, who had been suspended in September due to insensitive comments he made during The Plane Ride From Hell Dark Side of The Ring, returned at a recent set of IMPACT tapings, we're told. Dreamer serves as an agent and producer on the show, and was not used in an on-screen capacity from what we understand. Dreamer was suspended for the duration of one taping, which is a little over a month's worth of tapings for the company.
Dreamer issued a statement following the airing, apologizing for the statements. We're told that while there was initially heat on Dreamer for the comments, those we spoke to within the company believe the "punishment fit the offense."

Well, you could say he served his punishment, but his apology was a bit poorly done. Like, his comments clearly was him having full intent of being a dick, but then in his apology he says that wasn't the case and he had no intention about it? On top of that, Tommy confirmed the Plane Ride from Hell as having happened, but not only does Ric Flair still try to deny it but people aren't given him anywhere near as much flack for sexually harassing a stewardess as they did Dreamer for saying stupid shit about it? Like, almost every time I see him trend on Twitter, it's always cause some dirt sheet reported comments from him. It's virtually never about "Oh, fuck him for his actions and denial of it" or anything like that.
